Christian Petzold (BWV Anh. 114)

▶ Play Minuet in G now

This minuet comes from the 1725 notebook Johann Sebastian Bach kept for his wife Anna Magdalena. It was long credited to Bach himself, but today it is believed to be by Christian Petzold. It is a classic first piece where both hands play real melodies at the same time.
